Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB”), headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, is a leading Engineering & Construction group listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. The Group has grown tremendously since its fmation in 1982, into a trusted reputable leader in the industry.
In 2020, AZRB through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd ("AZSB") was awarded the 5-Star SHASSIC Achievement Award by the Construction Industry Development Board ("CIDB") f Bukit Bintang City Centre Universiti Teknologi Petronas projects. AZRB also won the 4-Star CIDB Sce Award, whilst AZSB won the same award with a 5-Star achievement from CIDB in 2019. The same year, AZRB received the MSWG Merit Award f Most Improved Cpate Governance Disclosure, as well as the Best Company f Invest Relations Best Invest Relations Website under the micro-cap categy from Malaysian Invest Relations Association. In 2018, AZRB won the Best Under Billion Awards f Best Sustainability Repting from Focus Malaysia. In 2017, the Group’s Engineering & Construction Division was named Builder of the Year at the 2017 Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards. It also scooped 2 additional awards of the MCIEA, namely the Best Project Award Green Construction Award f its wk on the Menara Kerja Raya, Kuala Lumpur. It was awarded the coveted “Builder of the Year” three times (in 2000, 2006, 2017), a winner of various construction project categies.
Other notable projects completed by the E&C division include Jambatan Putra in Kuantan, Pahang, Pintasan Saloma in Kuala Lumpur city centre, Universiti Teknologi Petronas in Seri Iskar, Perak, Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @IIUM in Kuantan, Pahang. Current ongoing projects include the MRT Putrajaya Line Stations S202 & S206 East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE).
Apart from Engineering & Construction, AZRB Group is also involved in Oil & Gas, Property, Concession Plantation.

Implementation of the Integrated Management System (comprises of Quality, Safety & Health Environmental) throughout the AZSB projects construction period is one of the advantages f us to fulfill the client’s expectation satisfaction. This is in line with our certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018.
The policies procedures developed in the IMS are a set of maty requirements f all operating units with the intent to ftify our Management System implementation foster a culture of sustainable approach in the ganization.
Sound Quality, Health, Safety Environmental practices were also adopted in our daily construction activities in der to ensure the quality of our product promote the health, safety of our employees protect the environment.
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT
AZRB emphasises on “Doing Things Right First Time, Every Time" in all of our construction activities in der to provide confidence to our customers that their requirements are met, while our quality control processes ensure that the final delivered product confms to meets all required specifications.
In ensuring the high quality of our project deliverables, AZRB has developed the AZRB Internal Quality Assessment “AIQA”. The assessment scheme to uate the quality of wkmanship,recds as well as the non-confmance during construction. AIQA measures constructed wks against stard specification enable quality stard assessment to be carried out systematically.
